Epsilon Grows its US and LATAM Presence with a PoP in Dallas
Epsilon has established a point of presence (PoP) in Dallas, strengthening its US presence and creating new connectivity options for Latin America. This PoP will support the growth of Epsilon’s Cloud Link eXchange (CloudLX) platform in the US and Latin America while expanding Epsilon’s ability to serve the local markets.
The PoP has been opened in Equinix’s DA1 data centre facility and adds to Epsilon’s US PoPs in Los Angeles (CoreSite), Miami (Verizon), New York (TelX/DRT), and Ashburn (Equinix DC2). The Dallas PoP gives Epsilon’s customers diverse access to Latin America via Mexico and enables local customers in these markets to leverage Epsilon’s on demand Ethernet and intelligent Network as a Service (iNaaS) offering.

Global spending on IaaS is expected to reach almost $16.5 billion in 2015, an increase of 32.8% from 2014, with a CAGR from 2014 to 2019 forecast at 29.1%, according to Gartner. Epsilon is expanding its global footprint and connecting to hundreds of cloud and communication service providers to meet the needs of the growing cloud segment.
