Since the launch of Infiny by Epsilon in 2017, we have been taking big steps into a future driven by our vision of making connectivity simple. Our dedication to our customers and partners as well as desire to grow puts us on the path towards success. We set out to deploy more PoPs globally, develop new partner relationships and continuously adding new capabilities and interconnect options to our SDN platform.
This year, I’m thrilled that Epsilon was once again recognised as an innovator and a leader in service excellence at Capacity Media’s Global Carrier Awards 2018!
We took home the ‘Best SDN Deployment’ award for our on-demand connectivity platform Infiny and ‘Best Customer Testimonial’ for excelling in our customer and partner service experience. By winning these awards, we are turning our vision into reality and that’s a stark reminder of the long way we’ve come since our days in a coal shed in West London.
At 180 strong globally across four regions, every single person at Epsilon plays an indispensable role in this big win. Over the past 12 months, we have been doubling down efforts on driving automation across our network, expanding our networking capabilities and building new relationships to serve new demands globally. From our colleagues at the frontline to our services and operations teams that keep things up and running, I’m proud of our passion, determination and more importantly our cohesiveness to work as a team.
The awards are a testament to our ongoing commitment and hard work in supporting our growing ecosystem of customer and partners. As we enjoy being recognised for our achievements, we must never stop pushing on together towards greater success. Every one of us at Epsilon must embody the vision of making connectivity simple in everything we do.
